Can adults participate on the inflatables?
YES! All of our inflatables are designed to handle all ages and sizes. We ask that exercise caution when playing around smaller children and follow the play rules of the equipment.
Which days and times can I make a reservation?
Party Times - Summer 2011

1pm - 2:50pm
3pm - 4:50pm
To check availabilty on the date and time you'd like, please email: Flexx Fun Zone and include the date and time in which you're most interested. We'll respond right away.
How long does the party last?
Parties times are 1 hour and 50 minutes or 2 hours depending on the party package purchased. Remember we do not shuffle you from room to room. You have full access to the bounce room for your party duration. All members of your party must vacate the room by the end of the party in preparation for the next party. Please be courteous to the party before and after your party.
Does everyone have to sign a waiver?
YES! However, you may sign entire families on one waiver as long as they are related.
Will Flexx Fun Zone send me invitations?
YES! We will send you invitations for you to send to your guests. Typically, you will receive them one month prior to your party date. We will expedite delivery for last minute reservations. For your convenience, waiver slips and directions are included for each of your guests.

What should I consider bringing?

Can I bring my own food, drink to the party?
With the exception of Pizza which you must order through us you may bring other food items for your guest. If you plan to have food catered please let us know in advance. Allowing outside caters and food is at the descretion of Flexx Sports Center Manager. Our agreement with the Conference Center prohibits outside food, excluding birthday cakes or cupcakes.
You are welcome to bring your birthday cake, cup cakes, and party supplies. We provide generic plates, forks, cups and napkins . If you want themed products you may bring them and we will substitute. At your option, pizza can be ordered through us. Simply tell one of the attendants on duty at the beginning of your party you wish to order pizza. Flexx Fun Zone will provide the drinks (juice boxes) for the kids.
We will do our best to accommodate your special requests or needs. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
If I am bringing in my own cake, do I need to bring in my own plates and napkins?
Yes. We provide all of the paper products if you purchase food items through us. However, we require that you bring in your own to accompany food brought in by you.
What time should I arrive for my party?
You should arrive 5 minutes prior to your schedule party time. We need to collect waivers and go over the safety rules with everyone before the party starts. All members of your party must vacate the room at the end of the 2nd hour in preparation for the next party.
Is there a deposit required to book a party?
A 50% deposit + 5% VA tax is required at the time the reservation is made.
What should we wear to our party?
Clean Socks are required. Comfortable, loose fitting clothes are recommended. Clothes with zippers and hooks other than those at the waist are not allowed. Sweat pants or Nylon-type pants are much faster on the slides.
What is the age range?
Typically, 3 to 10 year olds. We have attendants that watch to ensure the big kids don't bounce too close to the little kids. And, we have a standard moon bounce on the floor that (at your option) can be used exclusively for the younger (or smaller) kids. Adults will have fun on the inflatables too!
How about decorations? Can I bring my own?
Sure, but please make sure you can take home any decorations that you bring in. We often have other parties scheduled after yours. Silly string, confetti, and streamers are not permitted.
Who serves the food?
At your option (see the reservation form) pizza is provided by Papa Johns. You serve, we clean up. If you bring your own cake, don't forget the candles, matches, and a cake knife.
When do I place my food order?
Pizza will be ordered at the beginning of your party. Just let the attendants on duty know your preference and quantity.
Will I receive any type of reservation confirmation?
We will send you an official confirmation via e-mail after room availability for your desired date and time is confirmed, and after your deposit is recorded. Please note: There have been reports that our e-mail confirmations have been mysteriously flagged as spam or junk e-mail. Please be sure to check the spam/junk e-mail folder in your e-mail program for your confirmation. We typically sent out confirmations the same day they are received.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we will work with you to reschedule your party.
What is your snow policy?
If the Sports Center is closed, we must close as well and will refund 100% of all fees paid. Or, at your options, we will work with you to reschedule your party and apply all fees paid to the new reservation date. If the Sports Center closes due to inclement weather or hazardous road conditions, we will promptly contact you.
If the Sports Center is open (on a snowy day), you may cancel at your discretion with a 100% refund or, at your option, we will work with you to reschedule your party. We respectfully request you notify Loudoun Fun Bounce as soon as possible if you plan to cancel your party due to inclement weather or hazardous road conditions.
